This Recalled Starbucks Frappuccino May Contain Glass End-shutdown

PepsiCo has voluntarily recalled more than 300,000 bottles of Starbucks Vanilla Frappuccino for potentially containing pieces of glass inside. the company says bottles that can hold glass shards have been distributed nationwide, according to the US Food and Drug Administration Notice.

What Starbucks bottles have been recalled?

The product is the 13.7 ounce. Starbucks Vanilla Frappuccino Iced Coffee Drink. There are 25,200 cases affected by this recall, each with 12 glass bottles, which were distributed by PepsiCo throughout the country. The affected vials have the following expiration dates:

  • March 8, 2023
  • May 29, 2023
  • June 4, 2023
  • June 10, 2023

The UPC code on the bottle is 0 12000-81331 3.

This is not the first time that Starbucks drinks contain unwanted objects. last septemberPepsiCo recalled 221 cases of its Starbucks Vanilla Espresso Triple Shot beverages for potentially containing metal shards in your cans.

There is no mention of whether any injuries have been reported or how the glass was discovered in the notice. The FDA says the recall began on January 28 and is still ongoing.
